COVID-19 Protocols

We are OPEN with new COVID safety guidelines to provide visits for
patients in pain or who need to be seen.

Please note updated procedures and services:

You may book an appointment online at If you have any questions please email us at . We are not collecting copays and asking patients to pay online or when they pay their statement. Our office staff is working very limited hours so please use email when possible.

We will email you 24 hours before to check for any signs of illness.
Stay home if you are experiencing:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Fever and/or Chills
  • New Fatigue
  • Sore Throat
  • Loss of Taste or Smell
  • Nasal Congestion
  • Muscles aches not related to exercise or injury
  • Diarrhea not related to another condition

*Please reschedule your appointment if you respond yes to any of the questions below;
have been exposed to a person who has tested positive for COVID and have not yet completed quarantine and/or received a negative COVID test;
have attended a group gathering without social distancing/wearing a mask; or traveled via plane/train/bus for more than 15 minutes without maintaining social distancing and/or wearing a mask. (King County transit is enforcing COVID safe travel on buses/light rail).*

Updated Safety Protocols:
We have implemented safety protocols including provider, staff, and patient use of masks, staggering visits, offering a very reduced number of visits, minimal staff on site, disinfectants, sanitizers, plastic covers on the tables and face cradles. Services that require face to face contact will be limited or postponed. Our staff will not come to work if they experience any of the above symptoms. Massage patients may be asked to lay on their sides to minimize risk.

Virtual Services:
We are now seeing patients virtually to help keep connected with you all and serve our community. Please see our list of Virtual services at If you need herbs, supplements, want to know how to keep your immune system strong, help mitigate cold/flu/Covid, or continue with your usual care, we can provide this via telemedicine. We are also offering one-on-one Meditation/Mindfulness session, 5 Element consultations and Energy Medicine.

Existing appointments
We will email you if we need to cancel your existing appointment due to quarantine. You may contact us to let us know if your appointment is essential so we can prioritize your appointment.
